Top Knot Farms was founded by brothers, Luke and Michael Muthart. They are native Tucsonans who’ve been providing fresh, pasture-raised poultry to southern Arizona since Fall 2013. Michael has been a chef for more than 15 years and brings his culinary skills and kitchen experience to Top Knot. Luke is a graduate of University of Arizona’s School of Architecture. He designed the brooder house and barns using a “sustainable design” with their birds in mind.
