Tucson Police Chief Supports SB1070 Injunction

Chief Roberto Villaseñor says the ruling will give the courts a chance to figure out how law enforcement officials deal with immigration issues.

Tucson Police Chief Roberto Villaseñor says the law was a piece-meal response to the problem, and put too much burden on a law enforcement agency already dealing with budget problems. But, he says Tucson Police will enforce the parts of the law District Court Judge Susan Bolton let stand:
