Engaging Young Voters

Politically active UA students share how they are encouraging their peers.

Politicians and pundits have all sounded off about higher turnout this election. Many are waiting to see if that includes greater participation from young voters. In past midterm elections, turnout among young millennials trailed voters belonging to older generations. Now as a new generation comes of age to vote, Arizona 360 heard from three politically active University of Arizona students about how they are encouraging their peers to cast their ballots.

Guests: Natalynn Masters, ASUA President; John Dalton, UA College Republicans; Will Fotter, UA Young Democrats
