University of Arizona climate scientist Armin Sorooshian spoke with Leslie Tolbert, Ph. D Regent’s professor emerita in Neuroscience at the University of Arizona.

The arrival of wildfire season in the western United States is bringing opportunities to learn how smoke and dust affects rainfall on the East coast. University of Arizona climate scientist Armin Sorooshian studies the path of airborne particles and how they play a key role in enabling the water cycle.

Armin Sorooshian spoke with Leslie Tolbert, Ph. D Regent’s professor emerita in Neuroscience at the University of Arizona.
