Tree ring researchers are finding clues to how global warming is affecting the Arctic Ocean. University of Arizona climate scientist Irina Panyuskina is focusing on forests near one of northern Russia’s longest rivers that brings fresh water to the Arctic.
Irina Panyuskina spoke with Tim Swindle, director of the University of Arizona Space Institute.
