Sunday's election in Sweden, more than any other election in recent history, is in many ways a fight for the future of the country's political direction and its image as a model society. With hundreds of thousands of immigrants pouring into the northern European nation in recent years, Sweden is now divided between those who want it to remain generous, egalitarian and open to foreigners and others who vigorously oppose immigration and multiculturalism.
